A large group volunteers descended on the Homes for Heroes and took over to create a beautiful landscape for our Many groups pulled together to finish this physically demanding volunteer day. Sempra Energy, our faithful Habitat families & volunteers paired with Fairway Landscape, Home Depot and Burrtec to plant 12 fruit trees, 48 hedges, lay sod and spread (literally) tons mulch over two houses. Our volunteers worked hard and graciously ate lunch donated and served by Immanuel Lutheran Church in Riverside. Thank you to our volunteers, there is no way Habitat Riverside could’ve done this without you!
